Price Transparency

Federal rules (Transparency in Coverage, 45 CFR 147.212 and 29 CFR 2590.715-2715A) require group health plans to publish the rates they have agreed to pay in-network providers, in a machine-readable file. The file below lists the in-network rates for the Fusion Strategic Alliance provider network, used by the self-funded employer health plans that contract with Fusion.

Out-of-network allowed amount and prescription drug files are published by each health plan or its administrator.
